Established in 2005 as a single man operation. Make Ready turned into a 20+ employee general contractor company located in San Diego. Teamed up with military housing and through great work expanded its growth into reconstruction, remodeling, and gained other vendor opportunities. Being vendors to various property management companies. Specializing in capital improvements and property restorations. With many ventures in this journey,
Make Ready has leveled into the fire and flood sectors. This company now assists clients at a maximum scope, and outperforms payouts compared to those of insurance companies. Make Ready currently holds over 17+ years of experience under its belt, and runs 10 fully equipped vans for speedy assistance all over San Diego County and beyond.
